Our beginner Pilates classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation. You'll learn proper breathing techniques, alignment, and basic Pilates exercises that will help you improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your core.
Once you've mastered the basics, our intermediate Pilates classes will challenge you with more advanced exercises and variations. You'll continue to build strength and flexibility while working on more complex movements that will take your Pilates practice to the next level.
Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to improve your athletic performance, I guide you to connect with higher consciousness, cornu tension, and geometry to perform Pilates with control and precision. Energy field will be cleansed and mental alertness will be enhanced.
Pilates can be a great way to aid in the rehabilitation process after an injury or surgery. I work with people who are recovering from a variety of injuries and can help you develop a safe and effective workout plan that will help you regain strength, mobility, and range of motion.
